I Need Help

My ex texted me back.
Now before I show this ♥♥♥♥, I just want to let you know that she

Had erotic roleplay with random people on the internet when I dated her.
She called me a stalker when I was trying to help her
Last time I saw her, she was mentally deranged.
Liked creepy pasta characters probably more then me.
Damaged me overall as a person

She texted me this

"I thought I would say hi, and check in on how you are doing even though ya know you never reply to any of my texts which is understandable. I just wanted to check in I guess :P"

I want to respond back to her, but a part of me doesn't

we haven't talked in months.

Not sure what to do at all, I miss her in my life, but I know that I will probably come to regret it.
