Her ult revives everyone is a medium-to-small radius. It charges relatively quickly.

The problem is that she's being beat out by other supports like Lucio and Zenyatta, who can do a little bit of everything right now.

And the fact that Torbjörn and Pharah aren't used at all, and Reaper being less used than i thought.

Reaper is mostly a tank killer, I imagine in competative people aren't stupid enough to have 3 tanks.

Mercy's ult is super strong, people are just getting better at killing her. Her damage boost is a bad ability that doesn't make up for her lack of damage. Because every support accept her is capable of consistant damage. So people pick other supports that aren't her because they want their supports to deal damage. Ever since Zen's buff he's been a top tier pick, but he can't sustain a team on his own. So you can get another healer who also does damage instead of Mercy. Lucio is also just a better healer.

No. It's just when the game came out Mercy was the only good support besides Lucio, but Lucio was considered niche. Because every other support that wasn't either was just underpowered. Her ult charged way faster, but her damage boost is underwhelming. Now the other supports are good and two are picked a team cause all of them are capable of decent damage, accept her. Which her damage boost doesn't make up for. Also, Zen's ult is almost always better because it makes sure people don't die and it charges much faster.
