Oh, a new Steam update?
Your mouse now makes your notifications light up when it's over it.

Yeah, yeah, don't fix the bug where a video will randomly start playing through the steam client with no way to turn it off, make the notifications GLOW, that's nice.

So it's not just me about both things...
A video kept playing after I closed the Steam client, is that part of the bug? I had to go to task manager to shut it down.

Yes.

You need to completely shut it down for it to stop.

This is why I just use the website instead of the program. The third party program is a piece of crap.

Meh, I can't be bothered to open Chrome whenever I want to use Steam.

(Also I'm pretty sure the client isn't third party)

So that wasn't some hacker singing me to kill myself a few moths ago? Good to know.

If it makes you feel better, I only found about steam skins (for the client, not the games) today.

That's news to me too, actually.

Glad I'm not the only one who doesn't know anything about Steam despite using it for over a year.

That used to happen for me ALL the time. I literally had to copy and paste every single god dang video into firefox or it would crash.

Mine still does that. Hence, why I moved to the website lol. It's been a problem for years, so I'm surprised Valve STILL hasn't fixed it.
