Alright. Need some help, how do I build up 15 dollars on steam?
Ok, so there is this game I want that I 15 dollars. Unfortunately I am out of cash from buying everything else. Sooooo apart from Steam Vards which I can't get due to problems, is there any way I can build and trade up 15 dollars on my account so that I can get said game?

Sell stuff you don't need? Beg friends for a loan? Watch Market Profit tutorials?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

But my trading supply is out and trading doesn't seem to be at a fine spot at the moment. Though that is a good idea, will keep it in mind.

Yeah Erm, see during the Steam Sales I sold a bunch of Steam and TF2 items I felt no need for. Now that I sold mostly almost everything I don't need, problem is now I got not much to sell at all.

Also I don't like begging and burdening my friends for free stuff, money isn't easy to obtain unfortunately.

Thanks for your advice overall though! c:

Well, since you've stated that your "trading supply" has depleted, and you don't have any marketable items in your inventory that you may sell, perhaps playing TF2 may help? As doing so provides an alternative way of increasing one's Steam Funds. Albeit, indirectly.

To elaborate, despite the process being rather slow, perhaps you should simply wait for items to drop whilst playing. In a way, you may simply craft said items into metal, and afterwards, trade them for marketable items. Lastly, you may sell them for Steam Funds through the Market. Though, you may already be aware of this, or simply not fond of, but I hope that this will help you to buy said game. Although, not immediately, however.

Hmmm I see, thank you. I'll think of a way to figure this thing out. c:

You're welcome, Evoxrus. I hope that the advises & suggestions given to you by others in this thread will be of great use to you in what you strive for. In this case, the aforementioned game. I wish you good luck in doing so too, Evoxrus.

find price anomalies in the market (for example trading cards that sell for more than they can be crafted for) and exploit it until you build up sufficient funds

you can also buy tf2 items like paint during a sale and then sell it later, but beware that this might happen
