is that like only monday to friday

days - 7 periods of time that consist a week.
working days - 5 out of 7 days when you're supposed to attend working place.

Working day defition varies from country to country but it is generally defined as:

A day in the financial accounting year of the country.

Working days are generally days when a company is active. When they may be counting financial data, making transactions or if the employees generally are meant to be there.
