Here's a better post that goes further into detail regarding the "spring package".

In otherwords, laws are going to be amended so that authorities have the power to revoke Russian citizenship and grant access to all phone and emails recordings.

Very important stuff. On Friday, the MPs will consider the second and third reading of the "anti-terrorist" Spring Package - amendments to dozens of bills.

If they accept, the authorities will be able to revoke the citizenship of Russians to work in international organizations, to put for failure to report to the citizens, not to let the country convicted repost, access all telephone conversations and e-citizens' correspondence.

Moreover, missionary activity, a new article for the "involvement in the organization of mass disorders" will be limited to increase the number of articles on which it will be possible to judge the age of 14

My mother is really happy since she is the commissioner of police in my town and will be able to arrest more people. She is insane....
