I'll admit my knowledge of Dota 2 is extremely limited, but that looks awesome as fuck.

Its a mythical set that you get exclusively after completing a juggernaut of hard challenges that test your skill to the limit.

So basically you receive this set after you complete a bunch of quest from a "battlepass". Which is basically a compendium. Unlike what Jaime said the quest ain't that hard, perhaps tiring but far from hard.
