Title.

Don't tell me "vuy moar memori vro" because I don't have the money and I want to solve this by myself.

Open up task manager and look at what programs are using the most RAM. Find the ones that are using a lot that you don't need and delete/disable them. Freeing up hard drive space is easier, use windirstat to get a clear picture of what files are using the most space on your hard drive. There is only so much that you can do, though, sometimes the only solution is more space/RAM.

also, Run Malwarebytes to check for adware, viruses, etc. Those could also be eating up RAM and hard drive space and Malwarebytes is really good at removing them
