I'm not sorry
I also have to resist the urge to unban friends and others I know.
Be it even three, two or even one seperate or consecutive words can be used against us for the rest of time and can be continued to be used against us in anything we do.
"The thing about steam forum groups is that it's more of a family rather than a bunch of strangers glued together. The family is separated into smaller families who dislike or like other families or siblings. Because of this, if we were to remove a popular member, there will likely be severe backlashes unless of course, we give out enough good reasons. Unfortunately, even when given responses on to why they were banned/kicked, their friends would likely not rest easily and would demand them to be unbanned/reinvited.
However, if we were to listen to them, we would likely lose control and faith among the family if they believe what we did was wrong. We need to prove and show to everybody that we're strong and honourable to maintain a good reputation. Of course, things are much easier than that and I'm just complicating easy-to-do assignments. Why I believe in this is because of my past experiences as a mod/admin/leader. I must admit that I regret some people joining the group though they're not here and/or not that much of a problem now.
