Puzzle Time!

Each statement below is incorrect, all except for one.

Are you smart enough to deduce the only correct statement below, and work out the correct day of the week? Must show me how you reached your answer.

A) The day today is Monday.
B) It is in fact, Wednesday.
C) It was Monday yesterday.
D) Today is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
E) It will be Saturday tomorrow.
F) Tomorrow will be Sunday.
G) I know the day is not Sunday.

Two answers say that it can be Sunday, so it definitely can not be Sunday as there is only one correct answer
