I have yet to come across a toxic person while playing Overwatch. The most toxic things I've seen is someone politely asking someone else to change hero and why they think they should do it, to which the person agreed, changed and we won the round.

I would say for me, the fanbase is toxic because it goes onto both the paladins forums and the tf2 forums and make shit threads, or just are straight up dicks because they like overwatch more. You can't teach logic into them. Besides that, not really that bad.
