I realized something about a certain group.
The infamous group "Forum Filth" runs like a group called "The Republic".
It didn't really work out so well.

There are quite a few of possible interpretations
There's a Steam group called "The Republic".
It was ran in a very "chairman" kind of way.

On the other hand, I think it also had a shit ton of policies, like this one does.
