Thoughts on a character I drew?

I know the hair doesn't look right, the right eye is inaccurate to the left and few other minor things. I also had no idea of what to go for when it came to the clothing.

Thoughts, though?

I think Hell means it looks like a character from Fire Emblem, a nintendo JRPG

I think the chin should be broader and the right side of his jaw stronger. Not by a ton, but enough so that he can't cut glass with it any more.
