Undertale Forums
This is directed towards old forum regs of the undertale forums.
Before I was a reg in the tf2 forums, I was a forum reg in the undertale and castle crashers forums. Not someone who would frequently post, but who would go on the forums a lot.
I just recalled the first time I was in the forums. The first week I was there, there was something I now call. "The unban Riots"
This is how I remember it happening:
I first came onto the forums, and there was someone spamming a filthy frank forum weapon. He gets banned a few hours after I started going there.
People started rioting. Literally. The forum was separated into two opinions on him, and for a few weeks(?), there were at least 3 threads saying "UNBAN ..." each day. After a while, the mods decided to unban him. He only continued to spam. After a few hours of his unban, he was never seen again on the forums. Rumor has it he got a community ban.
Due to the sheer amount of threads on the topic, they all got deleted.
this is how I remember the story. Does anybody recall this? I know it isnt fake, but I cant find any more info behind the "unban riots"

I used to go on the ut forums sometimes and I have not heard of that
you could ask a steam mod about it

Lol tumblrtale; Why would you vist such an awful place?

At least they stopped ekking out of their collective hidey hole and makeing posts about how everthing ties into tumblrtale in their fan fic and how peacful paths have never been done in games befor becus they never played them.

The undertale forums were quite a place to be.

And it wasn't just one ban, it was 3 waves, I was banned for a week on the second wave.

Without getting too deep in it, TUME is the fucking cause of what happened there.
And Fraser dislikes Jontron.
So thats what happened? It is such a blurry memory that I dont remember.

The majority of the forum regulars were banned at least once. Most from Jontron videos. This was Fraser's doing
What was with all the "unban ...." threads though, was that actually real or did i make that up?

Oh yeah they are very friendly from what I saw. They arent like the tf2 forums, where you always have people insulting you no matter what.

We were a community, Fraser started banning us in waves, and we protested. So you most likely only got the half of it
I joined right when that first guy was banned for the filthy frank videos. But thanks, I needed to get that cleared up

Eh, it is good history, it literally caused the success of TUME
I thought his name started with "Li" for some reason. And I remembered it as the "unban riots". Thanks for the history lesson. Whens the test?
