Apparently, I'm a Statist.
https://www.politicalcompass.org/chart?ec=-2.75&soc=1.95

Is this good or bad?

My main ideaology is that everyone has a place in society, but it is shaped rather than defined. Certain people deserve more protection and privileges than others, and people should strive to be that person who deserves more privileges, but yet have them all equal in a social aspect.

If you work more and help the government and society, you get more privileges. Essentially, the society and population as a whole IS the government, but some people are higher than other, as in they have more influence, and possibly control over other people.

People try to demonize this, and say that it's no better than Communism, with horrible dictators.

("A statist is a man who believes that some men have the right to force, coerce, enslave, rob, and murder others. To be put into practice, this belief has to be implemented by the political doctrine that the government—the state—has the right to initiate the use of physical force against its citizens. How often force is to be used, against whom, to what extent, for what purpose and for whose benefit, are irrelevant questions. The basic principle and the ultimate results of all statist doctrines are the same: dictatorship and destruction. The rest is only a matter of time.")

But in reality, this is quite the effective system, punishing the people who are able to work but don't, everyone having a place, the disabled and old getting benefits, the young people who go out into the world have a short but effective education, along with small grant of money to get them started. Everyone having a place, really.

Individual liberty is gained, not given. If you are proven to be a decent and helpful member of society, you have earned freedom. Of course, everyone has the right to vote.

Point out whatever flaws, and I'll try to explain further.

Reading carelessly, does it say you support people being a better part of the society, because they work hard for it?

It was just a thing I'd like to point out, and it's a discussion point.

Yes.
If you don't work for your society, you do not deserve the benefits that come with it.

No. Communism is about making the populace work for nothing but a small pay, and have very small civil liberties.
