AFAIK Prusak has the PS4 version, which means Rust has that too - as the PC version releases at midnight the night to the 29th of November (in every timezone, except somewhere in New Zealand where they screwed up).

With that said; I got my PC copy today and am currently waiting for the game to release here in Sweden so I can download it.
Nvidia's Game-ready drivers have been released.

Sure thing; according to some people on Reddit who live in places where the game is released, it's the best (smoothest at launch, I suppose) PC port of 2016.
The fact that Ubisoft practically dedicated two weeks to polish it and throw in some "ultra-hd" textures sounds really promising to me.

Edit: Apparently I can preload it now, so I've started that process.

Gears of War 4 is probably the best PC port I played this year. Though I don't like having to use Windows Live for it.
