What are the last few good MMOs?

Off the top of my head, only the really old ones have any kind of quality to make them last today. Ultima Online, EQ1, EQ2, and WoW.

Any others you can name?

Really, there isn't any good modern MMOs. I might be biased, but honestly the genre's formula has been more or less perfected and every new one just can't make them worth playing.

The MMORPG, maybe, but what about other kinds of MMOs?

MMORTS (ala EVE), MMOFPS/MMOTPS (Defiance was good, but it's dead. No real endgame, too).

MMO isn't just the MMORPG like what I have in the OP.
