[VOTE] Screw it, let's put it up to a vote.

I want to make sure that this is what people want, so it'll work like this. If people vote to keep the group, I'll democratically elect a new owner and transfer ownership to them. If people vote to delete/close the group, then it'll be deleted or closed.

Leave the group up and transfer ownership.
