Cause tbh i have never seen any drug use in a sims game

The closest to drug use in the Sims games are the bubble hookahs. The sex is hidden and not even called sex. All nudity is completely censored. If you remove the censorship with a mod, there aren't even genitals on the models.

Also the Sims 4 got an 18+ rating in Russia... RIP.

I've played the Sims 3 Into the Future and didn't see that.
