You would want a map with the shortest route from the front lines to the resupply cabinet.
Resupply
Walk 5 steps from your spawn room
Kill someone
Head back to resupply even if you don't think you need it...
Head back out and repeat.

Its one or two guys shouting "don't cap" and the rest of the players holding back because of it.
If the round doesn't finish then you can't join. And Valve doesn't seem to believe in spinning up more servers when there are people waiting.
