Pondering if I should report that free steam games link post. It is out of place in this particular thread though.

The gift must have been one of the holiday sale discounted ones purchased DURING the sale(while on holiday discount) and stored in your inventory or sent directly to someone else. If you already had it and sent it you get no minchievement.

No bans on your profile page. If someone really wants $1000 from you they will ask more directly. Take any screenshots and write down exact wordings and who said it and when. You may also want to confront your "friend" about his poor gaming habits.

There was a brief summary a few months ago( http://store.steampowered.com/news/8523/ ). Essentialy the same, but "no class action lawsuits please". Also make sure your workshop items aren't copyrighted by ANYBODY and its your own work. I think that was the basics. DO read the whole agreement anyway( http://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/ ), more gamer lives than your own depends on it.

I figure you are behind on Windows updates (including DirectX which actually draws 3D the stuff to the screen) and probably don't have the most current driver software. Let me know if you need help with that.

Afterwards if the problem still isn't fixed add me and I'll help diagnose the source of the problem. I just need to know you've gotten all the updates installed before I begin.

It would seem your computer is having trouble drawing basic windows on the screen.
Check your hardware against the system requirements on Nexon's Atlantica page. I don't think your video card has sufficient memory, or the computer itself doesn't have enough.
If this is a laptop you can't upgrade your video card. The only way to upgrade is to replace your laptop.

If your hardware meets the system requirements though the problem is with your windows operating system. Please run Windows update until every single thing it requests is installed (several hours, lots of rebooting) Once that is done I can walk you through optmizing your computer.

However, if your hardware isn't better than the system requirements there is no helping you although the requirements themselves are pretty low.

Another question, did this ever work on your computer? Perhaps you can lower the graphics level to 2 (instead of 5), turn off reflections, etc until it runs reasonably. If you have to go all the way to 1 with all optional graphical enhancements also turned off its time to get a better machine.

My own system specification is on my steam profile page. If you exceed my ancient computer(2003) then you can run this game.

The monster info window that says you just learned some monster info has a "Confirm" button at the bottom. Click that to accept it and close the window.

The monster info page itself is in the Quest Journal. It has other tabs for quests, Towns, NPC, etc. One of those tabs is "Close Journal" which you can click to close the journal(It should have been drawn to look more like a button). You can drag the Journal window anywhere you want. if you have a big enough computer screen you don't even need to close it.

This talk of Camera and Smaller Camera doesn't make sense to me. If you want to take a better look at a monster look at the monster info page and click on the monster name in the list. The page on the right only shows it from one angle and you cannot spin it to see the back, etc.

The medic has a crossbow of sorts. Its from the Midieval Update. But I presume you're inquiring if there is one for the Sniper. None so far as I can tell. Do check the TF2 Workshop for clever, wacky, and even pure genious ideas. Some of them are already in the game.
Of course its pointless unless it gets into the in-game MannCo store. Vote on workshop items appropriately and if you see what you like, upvote it and also state why it must become part of TF2. Just upvoting won't necessarily justify it well enough for Valve.
