These seem to be contradictory statements. I can't imagine both of them being correct.

Sympathy if you actually don't own a credit card and never actually used one. That would mean some identity theif got your info. If Valve could prove to you whatever info it has you may be able to clear your name. But their way is to never reveal that info. If you never used a credit card they logically should be able to accept that and unblock you. At least you can still play what you have.

That and screen sharing (but never remote control, that would be too risky).

Perhaps you accidently pressed alt-tab, or windowbutton, or windowbutton-tab.

You must actually start TF2 on linux, not just steam.

Remember the good old speak console command in TFC? If you wrote it, it was spoken by the announcer and heard by all. I'm sure its vocabulary has grown some in TF2 but different voices would be needed. This approach at least eliminates the need to modify the voice menu.
