Make a support ticket with Microsoft to recover your account. Steam/Valve can't help you here.
After you have your account perhaps the game has a switch account button and then just type in your recovered account info.

i have level 10 now, and i unlocked the ability to put a showcase on my profile. i don't know what to put, most of the showcases, i don't really have anything interesting to put yet, since i don't have a lot of achievements or games.

Maybe start with game screenshots until you start gathering achievements and then switch until you can show both showcases.
