Not intelligence but attention-span seems correct.
And embedding their nose in their phones around a dinner table isn't helping them either.

Its still bad news for America, but I hope things will get better again.

Steam shouldn't be asking about your pc specs, since its your account that buys the game and you can walk to any computer you own and have steam installed on it to play the game.

There have been technical problems on my end and I've even offered and insisted I tell them whatever pc specs they need to know to diagnose, but they kept refusing. I think you perhaps didn't contact actual Steam Support.

I think they've been lacking in the people arriving as the Statue of Liberty.

If you make a support ticket(which is probably the right thing to do) they'll probably just remove one of them and not fix the code to prevent it from happening again.
If its a repeatable glitch you should mention it in the ticket. They probably still won't update the problematic code anyway unless it becomes common for pretty much anyone to do accidentally.
