1. Learn procedural programming at the terminal. Read/write data files, print different patterns on your screen.
2. Learn object oriented programming so that you can more accurately model the universe and all objects in it, including behaviors and responding to other objects(monsters, etc)
3. Learn your OS's event driven system so you can respond to mouse-clicks and system timers rather than having to check them(spinning your tires) until you find that a key has been pressed, etc.
4. Get someone to provide you sound files and music.
5. Maybe some network code.
6. Professional graphics artist to make your game look good enough to impress the kiddos who only buy shiny games. Do this without breaking any of the previous 5.

Use any programming language you want.

There are probably noise ordinance rules you can point out an punish him with, but if he waits till noon its probably 'ok'. Otherwise he can buy a $10 trumpet mute(looks like an ice cream bowl) so that any disturbance should be reduced. Still, he shouldn't do it when people are expecting to be sleeping.

If its that bad then maybe film yourself.
You could also try getting long pillows and lay between them in the trough so you don't flip around so much.

As someone who loves Paddington and Spitting Image, I don't see any issues here because its just a parody of the character, even Robot Chicken parodied Paddington and got away with it.

Apparently, StudioCanal and the Bond Estate have come back to bite Spitting Image in the arse, saying "The puppet for Paddington must be either sent to them or destroyed."
Michael Bond would be ashamed of both StudioCanal and the Bond Estate for ruining Paddington after he died and of them suing a parody version of his character.

Thats not how copyright/fair use works. I hope they reconsider their childish lash-out.
