Here's an idea... split the government into Red USA and Blue USA (two Americas, which the left is fond of saying). Since they clearly don't want to cooperate they can do their own thing in their Blue USA states and lets see who is more successful.

The screenshot page(and possibly the screenshot window) should have a mechanism for putting your screenshots in the correct order, even after they have been uploaded.
I imagine something like how the items on the wishlist ranking can be changed(drag and drop).

One Shot can't make 'more' sense just by changing their screen name.
I put this one at 80% point made(usuall 75%), unless it was just expressing their own confusion.

The Roman Empire is the best form of government money could buy.

The skulls are cosmetic and have no additional abilities(you get one and you can't change it)
Or you get the HHHH which is an awesome reskin of the Skitsman's Skullcutter. At least its a weapon.
