I've seen a short video before where a gun has 7 holes in it and can shoot around. Is there such a video on YouTube?
If by holes you mean barrels and they're all confined to a rotating cylinder then thats a minigun.
TF2 has that.

But please describe the gun in more detail if that wasn't it.

Sentries on Helltower - Yes or No?
