Could be a button on the steam chat window that inspects the overlap of owned games of each player. The icon of which would be lit if everyone HAS the game and its installed.
Perhaps limit the "search" to people who are "Looking to Play".
But chances are if your friends are your real life friends you may already know the overlap. Unfortunately you're on the internet with people you think you know just from their textual messages in a group. If you're that open, then this would be a decent feature to add.

On which tab of the new group page layout does this admin tools section get displayed?
I don't see it at all.

Would be helpful for knowing who just joined or left, etc.
On the old style group pages this was listed on the right hand panel. Official steam groups never had this(as far as I know), only user created groups.

They also discuss seeing the same time on the clock. Its a recurring theme.
My theory is you look up at the clock at the same time every day, you're going to see the same time on the display. Not really to do with angels.

Check your system specs against the store page for TF2 (at the bottom).
I think you might have a decent comp(no idea, but you can start TF2), but not enough VRAM on your video card. Try reducing screen resolution to something insanely small (800x600) and observe if you still can't see the particle "bullets".

I would think you would get the same problem outside of MvM because its the same rendering engine and weapons. Try finding a "normal"(non MvM) empty public server (or start you own, without plugins).

I don't know about bitcoin, but I'd like to see VirtualPiggy used. There are far too many kids without credit cards and Valve needs your money (not sarcasm). This is an allowance type payment system and the parents set the limits (with the option to manually approve the approved purchase before actually sending money from the bank).

I'd autolog all chats to a file of the same name somewhere (after turning it on in each chat window). Then even if it crashes I have a record. Also show logs link (like with the inventory) and a way to clear and review each one individually. Allow copying to clipboard from within steam. That would be real handy.

And hopefully you can add a non-indexed search (I wouldn't care about speed since this would initially be small) including for user names that were in the room. For experimentation purposes start out with private chats first. If it works expand that to all steam groups. For added fun, a timeline/track for eveyone who enters the room, clickable so you can view their profile, even if they only said hello and left immediatly or didn't say a word.

Of course you may want an upper total limit and max days option on Steam's settings dialog box with yet another option to blow away all chat logs(stored in whatever format you like).

I got one of those chairs where by design the arms bolt in and hold the seatback in place. I hate arms on game chairs so I flipped over the arms and put them on upside down... and it managed to be in the right position for the seatback.

Now... I lounge...
