My bank issued Visa Debit card is never accepted by steam.
I have had to resort to other cards. Strangely pre-paid visa debit cards work for me.
Does anyone want to name banks? If we raise a big enough fuss maybe they can fix it, or close our accounts for being roudy...

Add them to your steam wishlist. your friends will notice, maybe even buy for Christmas.
The wishlist is also a nice way to sort games by price.

Perhaps steam groups can have their own Steam Wallet for the admins/moderators.
Of course for accountability it should show who contributed or spent on what and when.

Looks like you already accepted it. Its yours now. If there is a payment problem on his end it might be yanked from your account. Other than that, have fun.

Anyone who blames video games for causing violence should be chainsawed and then launched into a brick wall by trebuchet.

They probably can't afford to do anything fancy this year with the scandal of WarZ, the coal-farming of last year, improving Big Picture mode, Introducing the Steam Market, secretly working on Half-Life TwoPlusOne, Giant robotic Engineer for MvM... Those aren't small things.

I bet there will be something spectacular after the winter sale ends.

The first natural selection is a free mod installed on top of Half-Life(The First one). I recommend you get Half-Life for all the different games you can add to it. NS1 is pure fun.
NS2 is even better, but of course now it costs money.
One little note on the store page, it requires a video card with 1GB of vram. My 512MB card can't do it, you need an entire GB.

They could reserve a badge for 100% on a game, etc.
