You would want a map with the shortest route from the front lines to the resupply cabinet.

Walk 5 steps from your spawn room
Kill someone
Head back to resupply even if you don't think you need it...
Head back out and repeat.

Its one or two guys shouting "don't cap" and the rest of the players holding back because of it.
If the round doesn't finish then you can't join. And Valve doesn't seem to believe in spinning up more servers when there are people waiting.

I think Valve literally printed their own item with people's names on it. Its a different weapon than a regular one that was 'crafted by' or renamed.
Pretty much only Notch got a special cosmetic for him and only him specially made by Valve(distinct weapon id).

And then you can see it to select it.

You only get one haunted scrap ever, so while the HHH axe is fine there's also one random spooky cosmetic skull(of the three it could make).
