game bans are for more then just cheating. griefing, account boosting, other rule violations, etc. it all depends on the game. you will not be told what action earned the ban. this is not a ban appeal forum nor does anyone on the forums have anything to do with game/vac bans.

Game bans in Counter-Strike 2 are issued when a player attempts to circumvent or interfere with game systems to the detriment of others.

Cheating.
Manipulation of matchmaking rank by deranking or falsely increasing your Skill Group or Counter-Strike Rating.
Botting and/or automation.
Intentionally interfering with the normal operation of game servers or other players.

No. We do not disclose the reason for your game ban.

Counter-Strike 2 game bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.

how come is it that people are so quick to make a thread, instead of simple going to their profile and clicking on the info button next to their bans. Gamebans are giving for one of a few things and its permanent. FYI this is a community only forum and not an appeal forum. So nobody believes your story of "i didn't cheat" or "i didn't do anything bad", as per your profile you have a gameban. also bans are delayed on purpose, for all you know, it is something you did weeks or even months ago

this is a community only forum full of people who broke the rules and trying to appeal their ban. Why do you think appealing bans will work, or even if the community believes your stories. Gamebans is given for one of a few things and its permanent
