My rank dropped for no reason

Yesterday I played elite competitive and it ended 5-5 in the game. At the end of the game, I got banned even though I didn't use any cheats. My rank was 17.482. Today I entered and played one match and my rank became 12.343. My rank dropped even though I didn't use any cheats.

You don't have a ban, otherwise it would be permanent, and your rank has nothing to do with the VAC forum, so please contact the game's forum.

how nice, someone who believes in some kind of BS made up story. if you had a ban, then it will show in red on the right side of your profile. But anyway your rank drop have nothing to do with VAC forums, so go to CS2 forums and ask there
