maybe it will be way better, that you actually read the full message. Absolutely no ban is showing on your profile. so either you got a disconnected by vac message or a global cooldown message. Both gives you links to the necessary information and neither is permanent.

No one in the vac forum can remove your cooldown, but I have a solution for you:
Wait 7 days, and the cooldown should be gone.

Cooldowns are non-negotiable. Doesn't matter if you scream "NO REASON" from the rooftops. You will have to wait it out.
