you have gameban, irrelevant what it says in game. Gameban are given for one of a few things and its for Valve games then its permanent. Irrelevant what the age of profile is, the amount of games or gametime the profile have, the amount of items/skins/boxes or badges the profile have. the profile was caught breaking the rules

click on the "info" button next to your gameban on your profile.

Там просто "vac" а за что? если человек не нарушал никаких правил и как обьяснить поддержке,что это ошибка?
