lol, thank you for admitting to buying accounts. accounts are free to make. gameban is given for one of a few things and depending on game, it is usually permanent. Also bans are delayed. Steam support will just give the gameban info

It is impossible to be banned because a team mate is cheating. Your account was convicted of cheating and has now been convicted again. Either stop cheating or remove the cheats from your PC properly. If you create a new account and cheats are still detected because you haven't removed them then you will get banned once more.
