The game ban on your account has nothing to do with vac or this forum

If the ban was for CS2, or any other Valve game, then it is permanent and cannot be appealed against
If for a different game, take it up with that games developers and see if they allow appeals

Everything is explained in the info link next to the ban notice on your profile
