vac ban

Dear steam ,
I have been false banned.
Hello, I recently have been mistakenly permanent banned ,then after an appeal , 7 day banned due to "Irregular gameplay"
Please note that I have never used a cheat software ever, and also please note that I have Prime activated on my account, so it would be unseasonal to use cheats and risk losing my account that i payed for.
I believe the reason why i was false banned would be my gameplay, where i tend to flick a lot and look around a lot due to my rather high mouse sencetivity.
Dear Steam, i ask you to review my account and also check my stats for anything unregular.
I respectfully ask you to remove my false ban so i could play with my friends.

You have no ban on your profile.

If you have a cool down, you have to wait it out, no one can remove it.

Otherwise explain what you are going on about.

no support here. one thread is over enough. you have a global cooldown, so wait it out. If you had a permanent ban then it will show on your profile
