After so many years, you should know that your game ban is permanent and even support can't remove it.

you have a gameban and not a vacban. After all these years, you could have easily clicked on the info button next to your gameban. Gamebans is given for one of a few things and its permanent. Create a new account

Why are game bans issued?
Game bans in Counter-Strike 2 are issued when a player attempts to circumvent or interfere with game systems to the detriment of others.

Cheating.
