Counter-Strike 2 game bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support.
It doesn't matter what your story is, regular users of the VAC forum can't do anything about the ban, and as you can see from my first reply, even support (which isn't found in the VAC forum) can't do anything about the ban.

always amazing how people think. All CS2 servers are VAC enables by default, that means all official, unofficial, training, playing against bots, ALL servers/matches. So thank you for admitting to cheating, ban is then correct and permanent. Create a new account as ban will not be removed, especially seeing you pretty much admitting to cheating
