Neither the length of time nor your FL make the story credible.

By "time," I mean that you haven't reported back in for so long, and you apparently never took the time to read the information.
By "FL," I mean that out of 14 friends, you have 2 with VAC bans and 6 with Game bans, all with old to very old bans.

Your VAC ban is permanent, and nothing can remove it; you should have known that long ago.

No. VAC bans cannot be appealed.

I was not using my account when it was VAC banned. Can the ban be removed?
No. Any bans added to an account will remain regardless of who was using the account at the time the infraction occurred. Ultimately, the use and security of your Steam account are your responsibility.

stop buying accounts. your vacban is correct and permanent. If it was incorrect then it would have been removed within couple hours to a month or two after it was applied, definitely not after 1455 days
