Мне выдали блок когда когда мой аккаунт взломали , прошло много времени с того момента , и на мои заявки не кто так и не дал конкретики , и когда я востоновил аккаунт там уже была блокировка и с тех пор я пишу по этому поводу но не кто не хочет в этом помогать

You weren't hacked; you were just careless with your data.

Buying accounts is a major violation of Steam's terms of service; if Valve finds out, you can say goodbye to that account.

It's possible that some translations are a bit odd, but the way it was translated, there's really no room for error.

Either you made a typo, or you don't want to admit your mistake.

I asked the thread starter that he bought an account with inventory but didn't know the purchased account had a lock.

Is that clearer?

You don't need to get upset if the translator uses "I" instead of "you", that's obviously a big difference.
