Hi, my name is Luan, I received a VAC ban on my account, but I've never used hacks, I'm totally against that. I love the game and have been playing since CS 1.6. Please help me, I invested a lot of money to get my dream inventory. Please Valve, lift the ban, it was a mistake

No, you have a GAME ban. Game bans are issued for a number of things not just cheating.

So there's no way to lift the suspension?
Because I wasn't home when I got banned, there was no one on my account, and now I lose all my skins?? That's unfair.

Bans are delayed so what ever you did could have been from days, weeks, or even months ago.

Valve does NOT accept appeals from anyone.
