Game bans can be issued for a number of reasons. It all depends on the game.

For CS2

Why are game bans issued?
Game bans in Counter-Strike 2 are issued when a player attempts to circumvent or interfere with game systems to the detriment of others.

Examples include:

Cheating.
Manipulation of matchmaking rank by deranking or falsely increasing your Skill Group or Counter-Strike Rating.
Botting and/or automation.
Intentionally interfering with the normal operation of game servers or other players.

Game Bans for all of the above are not removed by Steam Support.

No one will be able to provide you the exact reason as Valve does not share that info with anyone.

you don't have a vacban but a gameban. You come to a community only forum, to ask such a question, when you could have quite easily gone to your profile and clicked on the "info" button next to your gameban. Gamebans is given for one of a few things and its permanent

Hi, you have a game ban, not a VAC. Game bans are not related to this forum.
If you got a game ban in CS2 or in any Valve game then it is permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support. You will never know the reason for the ban and no one will provide you with any proof of the ban. Game bans can be issued not only for cheats. If you got a game ban in some other game, you still have a chance to appeal and get the ban lifted by contacting the developers of the game you got the ban in, read this article https://help.steampowered.com/ru/faqs/view/571A-97DA-70E9-FF74
