Dear Valve Support Team,

I am writing to respectfully request a review of the VAC ban placed on my account. I fully acknowledge that there were rule violations in the past, and I deeply regret my actions.

Since then, I have taken the time to reflect and have truly changed as both a player and a person. I no longer use any third-party software or unfair advantages. I’m committed to fair play and being a positive part of the gaming community.

I understand that VAC bans are typically permanent and not subject to appeal, but I kindly ask you to consider making an exception in my case given my genuine remorse and desire to play fairly moving forward.

So, you're aware that support can't remove bans, and yet you're still asking about it? Aren't you missing the logic here?

Permanent + Cannot be removed by support = There's no chance the ban will ever be removed from your account.

I bought an account that has a ban, can i pretend its mine and ask for a permanent ban to be removed?
