you have a gameban and not a vacban. Gamebans is given for one of a few things, ban is delayed on purpose and its permanent

Your past names advertise for scam sites.

Game bans can be issued for cheating, griefing, matchmaking manipulation. Among other reasons. The ban is permanent.
