the ban is permanent, does not matter who was in control of the account. inventory related to the game is PERMANENTLY locked to the account and cannot be traded, this is part of the punishment for an account getting a game or vac ban.

this is NOT a ban appeal forum, nor can anyone assist you with your issue, not even steam support will be able to assist you.

after looking at your name history, its easy to see how the "hackers" got your log in. all 3rd party sites are USE AT OWN RISK - you have now learned what the risk is.

According to your profile, you have a gameban and not a vacban. Irrelevant what it says in game. Gamebans for CS2 is given for one of a few things and its permanent
