The ban is permanent, and the inventory being locked is part of the punishment.
ban is correct and it will not be lifted so you can sell/trade your items. it is part of the ban that you get to keep those items forever
thank you for admitting to cheating, ban is then correct and permanent
yet you are robbing Valve from making money off skins and boxes. And skinchangers can be used to cheat as well
What you consider and what Valve considers are 2 different things, skinchangers = cheat = ban.. End of story.
And also, those few skins that you have are locked to your account as that's part of the punishment.. Meaning, you can't do anything with them..
