you have a game ban, its permanent. it does not matter who was in control of the account when it earned the ban.

if the account is used to cheat, the accounts gets banned, that is the reason for the ban.

okay then how tf i get cheating the game but hell no i never in my life cuz this very first time since hacker was hijacked my ac and ban my only game for no reason

you are not banned, the account is banned. someone was using the account and violated the rules of the game, that is all that matters. if someone was able to "hack" your account, that is your problem for not securing the account. it is more likely that you gave your log in away somehow without knowing it, the user is the weakest link in the security chain.

no one here works for steam/valve, so no one is going to be able to tell you what action earned the ban nor will anyone be able to remove it. not even steam support can assist you with the ban, they have nothing to do with game or vac bans.

No. Regardless of who was using the account at the time the ban was issued, game bans are permanent and are not removed.

It is your fault because you were the one who was careless with your account's security. That's why Valve won't remove any bans that occur when accounts are hijacked.

you have a gameban and not a vacban. irrelevant who used the account, the account was caught breaking the rules, depending for what game the ban is for, it can be given for one of a few things and its permanent. FYI this is a community only forum
