Vac. Valve, any anti-cheat is useless. Faceit. Sometimes I can barely make 8-10 kills. Sometimes 20-25. There are really excellent teams that have tactics, and there is no winning against them. Premiere - everything is going well, relatively up to 23-25 K. Then the problem arises. Further, and even everything depends on whether you enter the lobby with cheaters. They raise you, they actually stab you. Valve is completely incompetent in this matter. And the developers. Why? The changes they make are pure nonsense. Cheaters will never miss and they can't do anything to them. And I know one who got a 181-day cooldown, but he still plays because he has something to gain. But he lost his will. Which is normal. And there is no such thing as incredible, but real. And the fact that everything is full of incompetent developers and other staff doesn't excite anyone. You decide you won't give them a cent anymore and that's the only solution. End of story.
P.S. You should have asked why they don't remove a bunch of cheaters from DM. They probably don't see them. I know two people who have been playing for a few years and nothing has happened to them. If I started playing on this acc, I would get a 181-day ban in no time, because you're not allowed to play too well. Only those who spend a lot are allowed to do anything.
There's no ban showing on your profile.
Perfect. I wouldn't have even responded if it wasn't for 181 days :). I know people like that well. I'm just saying, hypothetically, if I started playing seriously now, and not lying in an armchair, what would happen if someone looked at my results? Well, Silicon Vampire has a cheater as a friend on his list, so he doesn't get excited. And that cheater responds, the other day, to have his ban lifted :-). And I would make an enormous leap, and then someone would put that table with matches for me. Don't worry, I don't write anything anymore. I just observe and when someone really crosses the line, I report them. I feel sorry for these poor people who are suffering while people like that are exploiting them. You've probably noticed that. What should we do. Life isn't fair.
Valve cannot fix people.

Do you know how VAC works?
A cheat that is known to VAC is detected almost instantly. The account is then flagged for a ban. The application of the ban is what is delayed for the reason here:
It should be noted that VAC employs the use of delayed bans in order to disrupt the development process of cheats - a ban imposed today may have been the result of a cheat detected by VAC two weeks previously.

A random timer is probably set for the delay, when that timer runs out...ban is applied.
Want instant bans? Keep reading.
You're helping cheaters AND cheat devs with any kind of instant cheating ban. So, if you are against cheating, you DO NOT want instant bans. Cheater is banned instantly. Cheater goes back to cheat maker, cheat is updated. See the problem here? There's a reason why bans are delayed.
Yup the community does suck. VAC bans use to be temporary.
Valve doesn't owe the community. The community owes Valve. The community AGREED not to cheat when creating the accounts. So........
You may not use Cheats, automation software (bots), mods, hacks, or any other unauthorized third-party software, to modify or automate any Subscription Marketplace process, the process of Steam account creation or otherwise in interacting with or controlling the processes or user interface of Steam, except to the degree expressly permitted.

Valve started working on a "long-term solution" for cheating in 2001. VAC's initial release was with Counter-Strike in 2002. During this initial release, the system only banned players for 24 hours. The duration of the ban was increased over time; players were banned for 1 year and 5 years, until VAC2 was released in 2005, when any new bans became permanent.

Temporary VAC bans were tried. People kept cheating.
Valve was lenient and gave people second chances. Valve stopped being lenient and cheaters were the reason.
No wonder you think everyone is cheating....lol
You can't hit anything.
Should I draw or send you a photo of me lying down instead of sitting when I play? It doesn't matter to me whether I'm first or last. I played four competitive tournaments at the urging of a friend. My son. Chris saw what it looked like. Add me as a friend and I'll send it to you. Remove me from the list later if you want. And now one question. What would happen if I averaged 30 kills per match? I play for fun. Look at the demo from DM and tell me I can't guess anything. Of course I have such a K-D when I spend half the time looking at profiles and reporting :-). Come on, answer the question asked. What would happen?
You were answered dozens of times ... here and in other threads:
Valve can't fix people.
Pay attention.
You have two uploads on my profile. Mine with 44 kills. And look at the Russian. Look closely. Do you notice anything? I can't guess anything?
Valve can't fix people. I sign and agree. But you can't tell me that they can remove a bunch of cheaters from the game.
Don't try to add me either. I have no interest in anything you have to say. You can't play the game, yet obviously everyone is cheating because they kill you lol
Not sure of your point but I was a community moderator for nearly two decades… there are many more banned profiles in my friends list. You seem to be showing your ignorance of this all yet again.
He knows. He likes to come here and try to make fun of you. Key word: try
