Have you been paying attention: IT IS A SCAM!
If there is an issue with your account you would receive a massive notification in the steam client that you can dismiss until you acknowledge it telling you the issue and to open a support ticket.
FYI if your account was "marked" by steam then you would be sitting with a permanent ban and not with some kind of warning
Someone could edit a picture saying you got arrested and you’d believe it.
